Synopsis

Off the English coast, a Portuguese-flagged cargo ship had crashed into an oil tanker carrying jet fuel for the US military on Monday. The coast guard said 36 crew members were brought ashore safely, and one missing sailor is presumed dead after the search for his body has been called off.
