Synopsis

The looming US tariffs are not only sending shockwaves to multinationals, but also small craft businesses in Germany, just like the toy and woodcraft industry in the Ore Mountains. Their nutcrackers, for instance, are world-famous. Most of them are sold in the US but the lingering tariffs are a tough nut to crack for the entire nutcracker industry there.
