Synopsis

The two countries are close allies, but human rights groups say Indian border forces have killed around 600 Bangladeshis over the last ten years. Smuggling in both directions is a major problem, and Indian patrols say they only use force when under attack. But the deaths of two Bangladeshi children recently has brought attention to an under-reported problem.
